# Kallo Premium

> What each plan covers, how renewal works, and the cancellation trap everyone should know about.

AI meal analysis is part of **Kallo Premium**. Everything else — manual logging,
barcode scanning, the dashboard, weight, Circle — works without it.

## Plans

| Plan | Cadence |
| --- | --- |
| Monthly | Renews automatically each month |
| Annual | Renews automatically each year |
| Lifetime | One-time payment |

Price, currency and tax are shown before you confirm, and vary by region.

## Trials

Kallo may offer a trial period. A trial does **not** turn into a paid plan by
itself — if you buy nothing, you are charged nothing.

## Where to buy and cancel

You cancel where you bought:

- **iOS** — the Subscriptions section of the App Store.
- **Android** — the Subscriptions section of Google Play.
- **Web** — the plan management link in Settings.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period
you paid for.

## When Premium does not unlock immediately

Premium access opens once the billing provider confirms the transaction to our
systems. That is usually near-instant, but a pending payment can take longer.

If you have paid and do not see Premium, the app has a re-check action. Using it
will not charge you twice.

## Restoring purchases

Change device or reinstall, and your Premium access is restored when you sign in
with the same account. Subscription state is held on the server, not on the
device.

## Lifetime

> **Lifetime does not cancel a recurring plan**
>
> If you hold a monthly or annual plan and then buy lifetime, the recurring plan
> **keeps charging you**. Cancel it in the store.

"Lifetime" is tied to the life of the product — it is not a commitment that
every feature will exist forever. See the
[terms of service](https://kallo.fit/en/docs/legal/terms).

## Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, Google or the web billing provider under their own
policies. Once they confirm one, Kallo updates your access accordingly.

## Account deletion and subscriptions

This is the easiest thing to get wrong, so it bears repeating:

Deleting your Kallo account does **not** cancel a subscription bought through
Apple or Google. They are separate systems. To stop charges, cancel in the store
**first**, then delete your account. A subscription bought directly on the web
is cancelled as part of deletion.
