Kallo is made by one person, so there is no phone queue and no ticket portal. Email works, and it is read.
Support
For anything about using Kallo: an estimate that came out wrong, a meal that would not save, a question about your plan, a refund, or a feature you wish existed. Written in English or Vietnamese — both are answered in the language you wrote in.
Expect a reply within a couple of working days. If you are reporting something broken, the two things that help most are what you typed and roughly when, so the request can be found.
In the app
Settings has a feedback form that attaches your app version and, if you choose, a screenshot. That is the fastest route for a bug, because it arrives with the context already attached. It goes to the same person as the support address.
Security
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately here — not in a public issue, discussion or pull request. Include what you observed, how to reproduce it, and whether you want credit in the changelog after a fix ships.
The commitments, in full, are in SECURITY.md: acknowledgement within 48 hours, triage and a severity assessment within five working days, and a coordinated disclosure plan once a fix is ready.
Privacy and your data
For access, correction, export or deletion requests, write to support@kallo.fit. Most of it you can do yourself without asking: your data explains how to export everything Kallo holds and how to delete the account outright.
The data controller and the registered address are named in the privacy policy.
Developers and AI agents
The API page covers authentication, errors and what is safe to build on, and Kallo for AI agents covers when Kallo is the right tool. If you want something the API does not do yet, the support address is the right place to say so — there is no separate developer queue, and there does not need to be one at this size.
